Paperwork lives in trucks and inboxes
Contracts, change orders, insurance certificates and project documents get scattered across texts, email, trucks and job folders.
Construction administration · South Florida
Construction administration for small and growing South Florida contractors. We keep project documents, compliance records, subcontractor paperwork, invoicing follow-up, permit documentation and closeout organized and moving, without the cost of adding another full-time employee.
Administrative support services only. StrongBase Construction Admin, LLC is not a licensed contractor and does not perform or supervise construction work.
The problem
Contracts, change orders, insurance certificates and project documents get scattered across texts, email, trucks and job folders.
Licenses, insurance, business tax receipts and local registrations can have different renewal dates. Missing one can create unnecessary delays.
Permit corrections, invoices, subcontractor documents and closeout paperwork often sit until someone has time to follow up.
Service plans
Month-to-month construction administration with a clearly defined scope. Not sure where to begin? Start with an administrative paperwork review.

Review of client-provided licenses, insurance, local registration records and administrative documents, with a prioritized action list. Registration status is recorded as documented, unconfirmed or missing based on the records provided.
Book the ReviewCity calls, portal retrieval, independent city verification, renewals, submissions and cleanup are outside this review and require a separate scope. This is an administrative document review, not a legal or regulatory compliance opinion.

Pricing depends on your business size, active project volume and administrative complexity, so it's set with you on your free 20-minute call, not listed here. Your exact scope, workload limits and monthly fee are then confirmed in writing before service begins.
Separate service
Full administrative permit processing — application preparation and submission, status monitoring, administrative correction coordination, agreed resubmissions, issuance follow-up and document delivery — available only for impact windows and doors. This is separate from every monthly package; city fees and technical services are not included.
Ask About PermittingWe talk through how your paperwork runs today — what's organized, what's falling through the cracks, and how many jobs and documents you're juggling. From that, you'll get a straight recommendation on which plan fits and what it costs for your business specifically. No pressure, no obligation, and no surprise follow-up calls if it's not a fit.
Ongoing administrative services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless a different term is agreed to in writing. Before service begins, StrongBase and the client will confirm the selected service level, scope of work, workload limits, monthly fee, billing schedule, communication expectations and cancellation terms in writing (Schedule A).
Month-to-month service does not mean the scope is unlimited. Work outside the agreed scope — including initial backlog, rush work, independent city verification and new registrations — requires a separate written agreement or additional fee before it begins.
Cancellation. Either party may end ongoing month-to-month services by providing at least 30 days' written notice. The applicable final service date and any outstanding balance will be stated in the written service agreement.
Scope
We handle the paperwork. Your licensed contractor stays in charge of the work.
Getting started
Tell us how your paperwork is handled today, where things are falling behind and what you would like off your plate.
We identify the administrative workload, gather the necessary records and agree in writing on the responsibilities StrongBase will handle. Before ongoing work begins, we also confirm the selected service level, monthly fee, billing schedule and month-to-month service terms.
We keep the agreed paperwork moving and provide clear updates on completed items, outstanding documentation and anything requiring your review or signature.
2026 Florida updates
Florida construction requirements and administrative deadlines change. We help our clients keep important documentation, renewals and deadlines on their radar.
HB 803 took effect. Some single-family work under $7,500 can skip a permit. Electrical, plumbing, structural, mechanical, gas and flood-zone work cannot, and a written exemption request is still required.
Florida's minimum wage rises to $15 an hour. Payroll and job pricing need to catch up.
The 9th Edition Florida Building Code takes effect, changing which rules apply to new permit applications.
General information only. Requirements vary by project and jurisdiction. Confirm applicable requirements with the appropriate building department, licensed professional or attorney.
About
I'm Mia Osbourne. I spent more than a decade working in mortgage loan processing and quality control, where incomplete documentation could stop a file from moving forward. Today, my experience includes construction operations and permitting administration for a South Florida impact-window and remodeling company.
I created StrongBase to bring that same attention to documentation, organization and follow-through to small contractors who need a stronger administrative foundation without adding another full-time employee.

No. StrongBase Construction Admin, LLC provides administrative services. We do not perform, supervise or direct construction work.
Monthly plans cover administrative permit-document checks and status tracking, not preparing or submitting applications or handling corrections. Full administrative permit processing — including submission — is available as a separate, per-project service, currently offered only for impact windows and doors.
We don't perform construction work, supervise crews, make technical construction decisions, prepare bids or change orders, provide engineering or architectural services, or provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
No long-term contract is required for standard ongoing services. Our service plans are month-to-month unless a different term is agreed to in writing. Before work begins, the client and StrongBase confirm the scope of services, workload limits, monthly fee, billing schedule, communication expectations and cancellation terms in a written service agreement (Schedule A). Month-to-month service does not mean the scope is unlimited; work outside the agreed scope requires separate written approval.
Either party may end ongoing month-to-month services by providing at least 30 days' written notice, sent to the email address on file. Client remains responsible for fees through the final service date; if the notice period extends into another calendar month, that month's full fee is due and is not prorated.
Service levels may be changed by written agreement based on the contractor's current project volume, administrative needs and available capacity. Any change in scope or monthly fee will be confirmed before the new services begin.
StrongBase serves small and growing contractors throughout South Florida. Specific services may depend on the contractor's location, jurisdictions and administrative needs.
